We will help you face problems and handle them.

We will work in partnership with you to manage your changing circumstances effectively.

Our services are available in modules so that you may choose the elements that best suit your needs.  Each module comprises:

• information relevant to your situation
• discussion agendas that address your areas of interest and need
• help with creating a practical action plan

Work on the modules is facilitated by a trained Homeward Bound expert during pre-arranged telephone conversations.

Modules can be completed over just a few weeks or phased over a longer period, dependent in large part on the urgency of your circumstances.
